1. Recharge & Bill Payments

All sales of prepaid recharge and bill payments are final. Once a transaction is successful, no refund is permitted by the operator.

2. Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails but money has been deducted from your wallet, the amount will be automatically refunded to your MasterSeva wallet within 24 hours.

3. Pending Transactions

In cases where a transaction is pending from the operator side, users must wait for the final status (Success/Fail) before raising a dispute. This usually takes up to 48 hours.
